The Opportunity

Are you passionate about brand building and the budding industry of Cannabis? We are looking for a talented and driven Account Manager to join our team at Puff Digital. If you are interested in building meaningful relationships and thrive under pressure to get it done, we would love to hear from you!

You’ll be responsible in managing and growing existing accounts and as well as working with the sales manager on new business opportunities within the Cannabis industry. 

A successful AM should be detailed oriented with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of client objectives. We’re looking for someone who can be proactive, chase the opportunities and build trust with clients. Having agency experience is a HUGE plus! 

A Day in the Life of an AM: 

  • Manage clients in all aspects within scope of work
  • Champion status docs and BCRs
  • Managing creative output including the creative, content and tech teams on ensuring projects are always delivered on-time and on-budget
  • Maintaining active campaigns, keeping the clients in the loop, while constantly optimizing bringing the best results
  • Driving strategic vision
  • Budget control
  • Administrative account management duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years experience in an advertising agency environment with a specific focus on account management
  • Experience in developing pitch decks/RFPs to close new opportunities
  • Experience in managing multiple clients and projects at any given time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Proficiency with Google’s suite of cloud applications
  • Good to know – a clear understanding of the Compliance and Regulations of Cannabis Advertising in North America
